요약 최근 소아 알레르기성 만성 질환의 유병율은 증가하는 추세이며, 이는 경제적 부담의 증가와 삶의 질 저하를 야기하고 있다. 특히 알레르기성 질환이 동시에 나타나는 경우 그 정도는 더 심하게 나타난다. 알레르기성 질환을 사전에 예측하는 것은 고위험군의 알레르기성 질환의 발병 속도를 늦추기 위한 주요한 방법이 될 수 있다. 본 발명은 한국인 환자의 전장 유전체 연관 분석(GWAS) 결과 및 가족력 자료를 이용하여 천식, 아토피성 피부염(AD) 및 천식-AD 동반 질환의 예측 모델에 관한 것이다. 환자와 비환자 대조군으로부터 단일염기 다형성(single nucleotide polymorphism, SNP)에 의한 유전율을 계산하였으며, LASSO와 ridge 회귀모형을 사용하여 만든 예측 모형의 성능을 비교하였다. 그 결과, 천식과 천식-AD 동반 질환 예측시 가족력 정보의 추가로 인해 예측 성능이 크게 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.
